Digital Decay is a browser extension that causes online content to slowly disappear as the user scrolls. Text, images and videos fade and lose visibility the further down a page one goes. The extension explores the ephemeral character of digital information and the illusion of permanence on the internet. Browsing becomes an experience of erosion and loss rather than accumulation.
There is something dramatic about seeing my instagram profile dissapear progressively... love this concept.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cool. i feel like I am being chased, or that i should take in all of the information before it dissapears.⭐⭐⭐⭐

i like it its interesting to play with these dissapearing elements in a world where we are often reminded that digital foortprints are forever and all things online are permanent.⭐⭐⭐
